Blackberry jelly with red wine
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Prepare a container with ice water and set aside. Mix 1/2 cup of water and apple juice in a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over it. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring wine and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside 8 blackberries for garnish, add the rest to the saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Slowly pour the hot wine mixture into the gelatin. Place the bowl into the ice water and stir for about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 45 minutes or overnight. Before serving, place the mold in warm water for a few seconds, then unmold, divide into 4 portions, and garnish each with 2 blackberries and mint leaves. Serve the dessert immediately.
