1. Don't you know yet how to make Tatar-style echpochmak? Then here's a detailed instruction. In a deep bowl, combine the egg, a pinch of salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix thoroughly.

3. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Be quite careful with the flour to avoid making the dough too stiff. When the dough no longer sticks to your hands but is still soft, cover it with a towel and let it rise.
