Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Tomato, cream, salsa, or any other sauce will work. For tempura, you can use a special breading mix or make it yourself. Serve the shrimp immediately after cooking. First, place them on a paper towel after frying to absorb the fat, and then serve. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Wash the shrimp and devein them. Then pat dry with paper towels.

Pour the rice wine into a bowl or container, add a pinch of salt, and add the shrimp. Refrigerate them for half an hour.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the flour, cold water, starch, egg yolk, another pinch of salt, sugar, and baking powder.

Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in the deep fryer.
