Melon with honey

This recipe won't take much time. I first tried this melon with honey dessert at a buffet. Although many believe that melon should never be mixed with anything and must be eaten on its own, I've personally tried it several times and found that idea to be completely unfounded. This dish is delicious, light, and delightful. Here's the recipe for melon with honey: 1. Take a ripe muskmelon, remove the seeds and rind. 2. Thinly slice the melon with a sharp knife. 3. Arrange the slices on plates, coiling them like spaghetti. 4. Grate the zest of a lime. 5. Squeeze the juice from the lime. 6. If the honey is thick, gently warm it in a water bath, then drizzle over the melon. 7. Sprinkle with lime zest and add the lime juice. 8. Serve immediately, well chilled.
