Deviled Eggs
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday. Recipe. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Hard-boil the eggs (7–8 minutes after the water comes to a boil). Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and sauté in vegetable oil.
- 2
Step 2

Let the boiled eggs cool, then tap the shells with a spoon to create small cracks in the shells.
- 3
Step 3

Pour food coloring into a bag and add a little water. The coloring should be sufficiently concentrated. Place the eggs in the bag and tie it shut, then shake the eggs so the shells are colored.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the eggs; as you can see, a red mesh pattern remains on the surface of the peeled eggs, making them resemble the Devil's eyes.
- 5
Step 5

Now cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Put the yolks in a chopper, add the roasted pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6
Step 6

Beat everything until smooth and homogeneous.
- 7
Step 7

Stuff the eggs with the prepared filling — and you can serve!
