
Two-tier cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Two-tier (two-layer) cakes are usually made for large gatherings and big parties. This carrot cake will perfectly diversify your dessert menu and impress any guest. Read the recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Take a baking dish, grease it, and lightly dust with flour.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Add the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture.

Add carrots and chopped nuts. Pour the entire mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake for about 50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick (insert into the center of the cake and remove; the toothpick should come out clean).

Remove, let stand in the pan for another 10 minutes, then take out of the pan and let cool completely.

Divide the resulting cake into two parts. You can cut one part smaller than the other to create more distinct layers.
