Two-layer pie
Description
The recipe doesn’t take long. This two-layer pie is easy to make. You don’t have to roll or knead any dough. In just a few minutes, make the crumble in one bowl and the cottage cheese mixture in the other. Layer them in the pan and bake. You’ll end up with a pie of delicate cottage cheese soufflé and crumbly chocolate crumble. Drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
