Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs with the butter and whisk well.

Add sugar and mix well.

Sift the flour, add the leavening agent, mix, and gradually incorporate it into the dough.

The dough turned out like thick sour cream.

Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa to one half and mix well.

Take a cupcake pan and, using a tablespoon, spoon in half of the batter.

Place the white dough on the brown dough, and on top of the white—brown, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes.
