Double Chocolate Pudding

Description

In a bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring until the cornstarch dissolves. Add egg yolks and mix well. Place the mixture over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a bowl. Add butter, vanilla, and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pudding mold and refrigerate for 3 hours (up to 3 days). Before serving, whisk the mixture until smooth, divide into 4 portions, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
