Double pizza
Description
It will be perfect with tea and coffee. The idea is to make two completely different pizzas at the same time. In this case, one with tomato sauce, sausage, tomatoes and corn, and the other a cheese pizza on a white sauce. But homemade pizza is great because you can experiment with it endlessly. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

The dough can be kneaded in a bread machine. For this, place the salt, sugar, vegetable oil and water at the bottom of the bucket. Then add the sifted flour and yeast.
- 3
Step 3

When the dough is mixed, place it in a bag and let it rise.
- 4
Step 4

Now you can start on the filling. To make a white sauce, melt 60 grams of butter in a pan and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour. Fry briefly until lightly colored, then slowly pour the milk in a thin stream. Be sure to salt the sauce, and if desired, add nutmeg.

Step 5

For the cheese pizza topping, I will use suluguni, mozzarella, and hard Dutch cheese.
- 6
Step 6

Tomato sauce for pizza is made differently by everyone. I sauté the onion with garlic until golden, then add crushed tomatoes and simmer until it thickens. I always add salt, sugar, pepper, and dried basil to this sauce.
- 7
Step 7

Next, prepare the filling. I have sausage, tomato, corn, and cheese.
- 8
Step 8

When the dough has risen, you can start assembling. Roll out a sheet of dough and place it on a baking sheet.
- 9
Step 9

Spread tomato sauce on one half, and white sauce on the other.
- 10
Step 10

Spread the filling and bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.
- 11
Step 11

That's it, the double pizza is ready.
- 12
Step 12

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
