Description
Dungan people are migrants from China who settled in Central Asia. These dumplings are very juicy and delicious thanks to the addition of pumpkin in the filling. If you don't have lamb, you can replace it with any other fatty meat, and be sure to treat your loved ones to this delicious dish.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Beat the egg with salt. Add water, vegetable oil, and beat everything again.

Add the flour in parts. The amount of flour may vary; the dough should be elastic and springy.

Gather the dough into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Cut the meat into small cubes. The smaller, the better.
