Oak mushrooms with potatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Bolete mushrooms are perfect for marinating and drying. The main thing is to boil them after cleaning and then drain the water. When frying boletes with sour cream, we'll also boil the mushrooms first. Then we'll sauté them with onions and cumin. I suggest preparing potatoes separately to avoid ending up with a mushy potato-mushroom mix. Potatoes can be boiled, fried, or mashed. Serve hot.
