Everyone keeps sneaking into the kitchen until the rolls are all gone. The recipe for making yeast rolls is quite simple, and the delicious baked goods turn out perfectly the first time. I'm happy to share this recipe with you. Here's how to make yeast rolls. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

Crumble the yeast and add sugar to it. Mix.

In a separate dish, beat the eggs. Don't overdo it—just mix the whites and yolks well.

Add eggs and sour cream to the melted yeast. Mix well.

Add flour and vanilla to the resulting mixture.

Melt the margarine, cool it, and add to the dough.

As a result, we should have a smooth and beautiful dough. Place the dough into a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for about 1–1.5 hours. The dough should double in size.

Take our dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 8 parts. Take one part and roll it out thinly. The thickness of the dough should be about 1.5-2 mm.

Using a large plate or a pot lid, cut a circle with smooth edges from the rolled dough. Cut it into 8 triangular pieces.

Place thick jam on the wide edge of the triangle.
