Yeast buns with rice and egg
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. The buns can be served with tea or as an accompaniment to the main dish. You can fill them with fruits, berries, nuts, jam, as well as with chopped meat and minced meat, potatoes, boiled rice, herbs, and cheese. There are many other variations for preparing them. You can make the dough yourself or buy ready-made dough—use any type (yeast, unleavened, flaky). Serve cooled or slightly warm.
