1. Before preparing yeast pancakes with sour milk, sift the flour.

2. Add sugar (half a teaspoon) and dry yeast to a small amount of warm water. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface. After that, transfer the activated yeast to another container.

3. Slightly beat the eggs. Add them to the yeast.

4. To the egg-yeast mixture, add the remaining ingredients: sugar, sour milk, and salt. Mix well. Gradually add the flour in portions, stirring thoroughly until the dough becomes thicker than city-style sour cream. Cover the container with dough and let it rise.

5. After half an hour, the batter will be ready. Proceed to the next step. Heat a frying pan. Pour oil into it. Using a spoon convenient for you, place the batter onto the pan. Be sure to leave a small space between each pancake.
