Yeast pancakes
Description
Homemade pancakes for tea. 1. First, prepare the starter. Dissolve one tablespoon of yeast in 500 ml of warm milk. Mix well and add 500 grams of flour. 2. Knead a smooth dough and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes. 3. Next, take a separate bowl and prepare the egg mixture. Mix 2 chicken eggs, vanilla, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 4 tablespoons of sugar. 4. Wait until the starter has risen well, then add the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly and leave the dough in a warm place for another 30 minutes. During this time, the dough should double in size. 5. Now proceed to cooking the pancakes. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it over the heat. Make sure to have a glass of cold water nearby. 6. Dip a tablespoon into the glass of water and use it to scoop out portions of dough, placing them onto the frying pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. 7. Additionally, you can prepare pancakes with apple (or any other) filling. To do this, place a slice of fresh apple on top of the pancake right after putting it on the pan, then flip the pancake with the apple onto the other side. That's the whole simple recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
