Yeast pancakes with milk
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. To make yeast pancakes with milk, use dry yeast and make sure the milk is warm. The only thing that slows down the process of making these pancakes is that the dough needs to rise several times, which takes time. You can let the dough rise at least once. By the way, as a surprise, I use apples; you can also add raisins or dried apricots. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Make the starter. Add yeast and flour to warm milk (about 40°C). Mix until smooth.
- 3
Step 3

Set aside, covered with a towel, for about 30 minutes, to let the dough rise.
- 4
Step 4

After 30 minutes, add eggs, sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla essence to the risen dough.
- 5
Step 5

Knead again thoroughly, cover with a towel, and set aside for 30 minutes. Let the dough rise once more.
- 6
Step 6

Finely chop the apples into small cubes.
- 7
Step 7

After adding apples to the batter, I recommend letting it rise once again to make the pancakes fluffy. Then proceed to frying: heat oil in a skillet, place spoonfuls of the batter onto it, and fry on both sides.
- 8
Step 8

Fry until golden brown.
- 9
Step 9

You can serve it with maple syrup, jam, condensed milk, or sour cream.
- 10
Step 10

Yeast pancakes with milk are ready.
