Yeast pancakes on sour milk
Description
This time, the pancakes turned out very fluffy because I made them with yeast. Usually, there are no difficulties with this recipe. The main thing I can note is that you should choose tested, reliable yeast. Then everything will go smoothly. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Break the egg into a saucepan, add salt and sugar. Mix with a whisk or mixer, using the lowest speed.
- 2
Step 2

In another container, mix the sour milk, sifted flour, and dry (fast-acting) yeast. Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth. Then let the dough rest in a warm place for half an hour.

Step 3

Fry the pancakes over medium heat on a skillet with a thick bottom. They need to be fried on both sides. Flip them with a spatula.

Step 4

During frying, our pancakes should rise significantly and increase in size, so don't be alarmed! Serve the dish with any toppings: jam, honey, sour cream, etc.
