
Yeast buns with sesame seeds
Description
From the dough in this recipe, you can make 2 loaves, 18 buns, 12 hamburger buns, or 18 pigs in a blanket. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Cut the butter into pieces. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.

2. In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup of hot water with pieces of butter and stir until completely dissolved.

3. In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg, add it to the oil mixture and beat slightly. Add 3/4 cup of warm water.

4. Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture and mix.

5. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. If using a dough hook, mix at medium speed for about 10 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, 1–2 tablespoons at a time. If the dough is too dry, add a bit more water. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a lid, and let rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours.

6. After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 loaves or 18 buns, etc. Cover with a clean dry towel and let rise for an hour, until the dough doubles in size. Brush with egg beaten with water and decorate as desired.

7. If you are making bread, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the bread for 35–45 minutes. Let it cool before slicing. If you are making buns or sausages in dough, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Let cool before serving.
