Yeast pancakes can be made thick or thin, sweet or plain, with any filling or simply served with tea with various toppings. On sour milk, the pancakes turn out surprisingly tender and tasty. If your milk has accidentally soured, don’t rush to pour it out, make pancakes. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add 1 tsp of sugar and yeast to warm water. Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and salt.
