Yeast Bread in a Skillet

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

When kneading the dough, watch its consistency. It should be sticky and stretchy. Do not overpower it with flour, or the bread will bake poorly. Bake the bread under a lid, and unless necessary, avoid lifting it unnecessarily. The signal to flip the loaf will be the top: it will no longer be liquid and will form a skin. Using a sheet of baking paper underneath, you can easily turn the bread over to the other side. Be sure to bake this wonderful treat. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
