Nori Yeast Bread
Description
This recipe provides for baking in a multicooker, but this bread can also be baked in the oven. Baking time will be 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for baking nori yeast bread. Wheat bran listed in the ingredients can be omitted. This will not affect the quality characteristics of the finished baked goods.
- 2
Step 2

Rip the nori sheets into small pieces and place them in a bowl where you will later mix the dough. Pour hot water (1 cup) over them and let them soak (5-10 minutes).
- 3
Step 3

Mix the swollen seaweed to dissolve any large pieces, then add the remaining water (1 cup). The water should be cold to normalize the mixture's temperature before adding the yeast. Add the yeast to the warm (30–35 degrees) mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the yeast with the liquid using a spoon, and leave the mixture in a warm place. After 10–15 minutes, the surface will become foamy, indicating that the yeast has been activated.
- 5
Step 5

Add the bran and salt to the mixture, and gradually sift in the flour, stirring the dough with a spoon.
- 6
Step 6

At the end of kneading, add the sunflower oil and gather the dough into a ball. Leave in a warm place until the volume increases by 1.5-2 times (30-40 minutes).
- 7
Step 7

The dough should rise well. If necessary, leave it for a little longer in a warm place.
- 8
Step 8

Knead the ready dough with your hands and divide it into 7 pieces. Shape them into balls and arrange in a flower-like pattern (like a daisy) in the oiled multicooker bowl (optional). Let the dough rise for 25 minutes using the "Keep Warm" or "Multicook" function (temperature 35°C).
- 9
Step 9

Bake the bread for 80 minutes on one side (using the "Bake" setting), then flip it over using the steaming container and bake for another 20 minutes on the other side.
