Yeast dough from dry yeast
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This dough can be used to make buns, pizza, flatbreads, pies. And if you add a bit more sugar and vanilla, it will work perfectly for sweet pastries too: vatrushkas, buns, etc. This dough recipe is my favorite, I hope you'll love it as well. If you think making yeast dough is a very time-consuming process, then definitely try my version. Dough made with dry yeast is easy to prepare, and all the ingredients are simple and readily available in any kitchen. Whether fried or baked, the pastries always turn out light, delicious, and soft. Baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Depending on the flour quality, you might need an additional 1 tablespoon. The main thing is to get soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands! Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes, vigorously pressing it on the counter. Then gather the dough into a ball and coat it with oil.
