Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. To make the perfect yeast pizza dough, you need to follow several important rules. The first rule: the dough should contain a minimal set of ingredients, namely: water, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. The use of sour cream, mayonnaise, or large amounts of oil is not recommended. The second rule: let the yeast "come to life" by placing the bowl in a warm spot and waiting until the mixture is covered with bubbles. The third rule: knead the dough until it becomes elastic and stops sticking to your hands. Next, I will describe in detail,

Step 3

Then add the flour. First, about half of it, and mix with a spoon. Then gradually add the flour in small portions and knead the dough by hand. At the end, add the vegetable oil and continue kneading until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. You may need a little more flour during kneading. Do not add too much, otherwise the dough will become too stiff.
