Yeast dough in a multicooker

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Making yeast dough can be quite tricky. You need to maintain the right temperature in the kitchen, otherwise it won't rise. But in my recipe, the multicooker takes care of everything. The brand and model of the multicooker don't matter—almost every one has a "Yogurt" setting. The dough rises two to three times its size and becomes very easy to work with. The great thing about yeast dough is that it's suitable even for those observing a fast. Milk can easily be replaced with water. Making fasting-friendly buns with cabbage or potatoes using my recipe is incredibly simple. Serve them cooled down or slightly warm.

Knead the dough with your hands. When the dough starts to pull away from the edges of the plate, shape it into a ball. Transfer the dough to the multicooker bowl.

Prepare the dough in your multicooker. Select the "YOGURT" program. Set the timer for 2 hours. Press the "START" button. After 2 hours, remove the dough from the multicooker. The dough is ready.
