Description
Drob is hearty, so it is best served with a green salad, vegetables, or a light broth. The traditional recipe for its preparation differs in many ways from the modern version. Drob was made from lamb liver and offal, fat was added, and it was baked until dark in color.

Prepare the ingredients.

Fry the liver in sunflower oil for 5–7 minutes.

Cut the liver into large pieces and place it in a baking dish. It is most convenient to use a rectangular cake pan.

Boil 3 eggs, cool them, peel, and cut into quarters.

Add the eggs to the liver. Then again place the liver and eggs.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add flour.

Pour the resulting mixture into a mold with the liver and eggs. Place the mold in the oven. Cook at 190‑200 °C for about 30 minutes.
