
Potato pancakes in a multibaker
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. When grating potatoes for draniki, squeeze out the excess liquid, but don’t overdo it. It’s important that they turn out juicy. If your multi-baker doesn’t have “sandwich” or “pie” plates, you can use the “grill” plate. The taste won’t suffer from this.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the onion and chop it in a blender.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Squeeze them lightly. Transfer to a bowl. Add eggs, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and herbs.
