Potato pancakes with pork
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use a grater, meat grinder, or blender to shred the potatoes, but traditionally a grater is preferred. After processing, potatoes should be cooked immediately to prevent them from turning black, so if you're cooking for a large group, it's better to grate the potatoes in portions. As for the meat, there are no issues—it should be passed through a meat grinder to ensure the pancake batter is uniform. Serve the dish hot, preferably with sour cream.
