Potato pancakes with cheese and green onions
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If your vegetables are too watery, it's better to drain them in a sieve and remove the liquid. Then add cheese, chopped onion, flour, and eggs, and mix well. Fry the pancakes on a well-heated pan, then serve immediately. They can be eaten with sour cream or tomato sauce. Serve hot.
