Potato pancakes with salmon
Description
You can serve draniki at the table any time; I like to serve them for breakfast, with a cup of good tea or coffee. The fish can be lightly salted or smoked. When serving, be sure to add a little sour cream and chopped green onion. You can serve them with tea or coffee.
