Plus, cooking these draniki is pure pleasure, as all the ingredients are always available at home, and preparation takes no more than half an hour. First, peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Add a little salt and let them sit for a few minutes, then drain off the excess liquid. Grate the sausage on the same grater and add it to the potatoes. Then add the eggs, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
