
Simple potato pancakes
Description
I recommend adding onion to the base not only for flavor, but also to prevent the potatoes from darkening. Flour and sour cream are optional ingredients. It's best to serve draniki hot, although they remain quite tasty even when cooled.

1. Our small and inexpensive set of ingredients.

2. Peel the vegetables and cover with cold water. It is better to keep the potatoes in water for at least 20–30 minutes.

3. After that, grate the potatoes and onions on a grater.

4. Add a little flour, mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. And a little sour cream. Mix once again. That's it, the base is ready.

6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Spoon the potato mixture onto the skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the cooked potato pancakes to a paper towel first to remove excess oil, then serve immediately, accompanied by sour cream, for example.
