Classic Potato Pancakes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this recipe, potatoes can be grated, or you can use a meat grinder or blender. The latter two methods are more convenient, as they are faster, easier, and safer for hands. The simplicity of making draniki makes them a favorite dish for both adults and children, traditionally served with sour cream. The finished dish can now be served.
