2. If you want to save time, use a food processor or blender, but I recommend not turning the potatoes into a puree. You can use the traditional method—just grate them by hand. I have a special attachment for my food processor, so it only took me 10 minutes to shred the potatoes.

3. Add eggs, flour, semolina, and salt. Season with spices to taste. Now mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
