
Baked bream with nuts and pomegranate
Description
Dorada is certainly not a cheap fish. But if you like this recipe, feel free to use any other fish: mackerel or pink salmon, for example. Any fish prepared according to this recipe will turn out extremely delicious.

1. Peel the pomegranate, separate the seeds.

2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and slice the other half into wedges.

3. Chop the nuts or roll them with a rolling pin.

4. Chop the cilantro.

5. Mix everything, add salt. Add pomegranate arils and olive oil.

6. Gut the fish, remove the gills, and make crosswise cuts.

7. Place the stuffing inside the fish's belly (reserve some for topping).

8. Place the fish in a baking dish, season with salt. Pour lemon juice over it and surround with lemon slices.
