Dorado in lemon juice and rosemary (light sear)
Description
Fish cooks very quickly, so all the beneficial properties of the product are preserved, unlike long baking. It remains juicy with a delicious crispy crust. I highly recommend this cooking method. Seasoning it with lemon after frying will give it a more piquant flavor.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

These are all the ingredients for preparing the fish.
- 2
Step 2

Prepare a fish marinade mixture using oil (preferably olive oil), grilled fish seasoning, and salt.
- 3
Step 3

We clean the fish, remove the dirty gills, and make three longitudinal cuts on each side.
- 4
Step 4

Generously coat the fish with the spice mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Coat the carcasses in breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. At the end of frying, cover with a lid for one minute to allow slight steaming.
- 6
Step 6

When placing on a plate, don't forget to pour (generously!) lemon juice over it!
