
Mediterranean-style dorado
Description
Dorada is a fish with firm white flesh and no small bones. It requires minimal effort and time from you to create a delicious dish for lunch or dinner. Dorada is baked Mediterranean-style under a mixture of crushed nuts and herbs.

Clean the fish from scales, gut it, remove the fins, rinse under cold water, and dry. Wash the herbs and peel the onion.

Make two diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and place in a baking dish. Put in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the nuts, greens, onion, and spices in a blender.

Lightly fry the nut mixture in a dry skillet.

Then spread the fried mixture over the fish and drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
