Dorada in ginger-mint marinade
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fish (especially sea bream) is a very specific product. Whatever you marinate it in, that's the flavor it will take on. I believe that a ginger-mint marinade is an excellent choice for fish, as it completely neutralizes any unpleasant fishy odor. Sea bream marinated in ginger and mint turns out very aromatic and tender, while tomatoes and capers add juiciness and extra tenderness to the dish. In short, if you have a good, fresh sea bream, I recommend trying this cooking method. Good luck! The finished dish can now be served.
