Description
Domburi is simple and quick to prepare. And if you already have cooked rice, it will take no more than 20-25 minutes altogether. The rice absorbs the juices from the chicken breast with onions, eggs, and soy sauce.

Prepare the ingredients for making donburi.

Slightly salt the chicken breast and dip both sides into the egg.

Then coat the chicken breast in breadcrumbs.

Place on a hot skillet with vegetable oil.
