Homemade Chicken Stew
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. Here is a simple recipe for homemade stewed chicken. Attention! The glass jars must be completely dry; do not add any liquid. I also recommend not opening the oven while cooking, so no extra air gets in. Good luck.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the whole chicken. Remove any remaining feathers, and cut the meat into several pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and cut each clove into several pieces. Pack the chicken and garlic into clean dry jars in alternating layers, pressing down firmly.

Step 3

Place bay leaves on the chicken. Take a sheet of foil, fold it 3–4 times, and make a tight lid. Put the jars on the lower rack of a cold oven. Set the temperature to 150°C and cook for 40 minutes.

Step 4

After 40 minutes, increase the temperature to 180°C. Cook for another hour. Turn off the oven and leave the stew in the oven for another 30 minutes (do not open!).
