Homemade lasagna (simple recipe)
Description
If you don't have the opportunity to make lasagna dough at home, you can simplify the recipe and buy ready-made dough from the store. Since the recipe includes wine, be cautious when serving lasagna to young children. It's very convenient that the prepared dough is enough for 2 dishes, so you can make homemade lasagna and enjoy it for two days in a row.
Instructions

Step 1

1. To prepare the dough, pour the flour onto the work surface, make a well in the center, and crack 2 eggs into it. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Carefully mix the dough together using a spoon. Then add sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) and knead the dough for 10–15 minutes until it becomes firm and smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate— the longer, the better.

Step 2

2. Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them for a couple of minutes so that the skin can be easily removed. Then grate the tomatoes on a grater, squeeze 2-3 garlic cloves into the resulting tomato pulp, and add herbs, pepper, and a little salt.

Step 3

3. Slice the onion into thin half-rings, fry in a skillet until golden brown. After that, you can safely add the minced meat and start cooking.

Step 4

4. Ten minutes after frying the meat, season it with salt— one teaspoon will be enough. Now add the tomatoes, mix everything, cover with a lid, and simmer until the liquid reduces.

Step 5

5. Start preparing the "Béchamel" sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add 3-4 tablespoons of flour and quickly stir until a thick, smooth mixture forms.

Step 6

6. Preheat the milk beforehand, but do not boil it. Gradually pour the milk with a ladle into the butter and flour mixture, stirring continuously with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
- 7
Step 7

7. About 20 minutes after the meat starts cooking, add 150 ml of wine, mix well, and continue simmering for 30–50 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. You can add salt to taste if needed.

Step 8

8. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 3 parts, and prepare sheets for lasagna. It's best to use a special pasta attachment, but you can also roll it out with a rolling pin. When rolling out one sheet, fold it in half and roll again, periodically dusting the dough with flour to prevent sticking. Continue rolling until the sheets are 1.5 mm thick. Cut the rolled sheets to fit the size of your baking dish.

Step 9

9. Next, the preparations need to be boiled. Add a little salt and sunflower oil to boiling water, cook the sheet of dough for no more than a minute, then remove and dip into a container with cold water. Place the sheets into a colander to drain.

Step 10

10. Now, let's assemble our lasagna. In a baking dish, layer the ingredients. Start with a little béchamel sauce on the bottom, then a sheet of pasta, a thin layer of meat filling, more béchamel, and top with grated hard cheese. Repeat for 2-3 layers, depending on the size of your baking dish.

Step 11

11. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for half an hour (until the pasta is cooked). After that, let it stand for 15 minutes, divide into portions, and enjoy!
