Homemade sausage in a multicooker

Description

I think all lovers of healthy, diet-friendly snacks will truly appreciate my simple recipe for homemade sausage in a multicooker! Just add less cheese and more vegetables—and you will get a wonderful, low-calorie dish overall! And in general, if you have a pressure cooker, you can cook even faster—just install a steam insert or silicone steamer, place the sausage on it, close the lid, close the valve as well, select the "Meat" mode—15 minutes. Wait for the pressure to drop on its own. And then—just as in this recipe for making homemade sausage in a multicooker—let it cool and chill. Done. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. Separately, chop the chicken, cucumbers, and peppers, and grate the cheese. Mix all of this together, adding an egg. It’s best to do all this with a blender. Salt it, add oregano, and pepper. I also added mayonnaise and a little flour, but that is optional.

    2. Now from this minced mixture we form a sausage, wrapping it tightly in foil. Place the sausage in the steamer bowl (or in a multicooker with the "steam" function), pour 500 ml of hot water into the bottom (not into the steam basket, but into the bowl itself). Steam-cook for 50 minutes.

    3. Then pour out the water and take out the sausage. Let it cool, and then keep it in the refrigerator until fully ready.
