
Homemade mustard
Description
You can easily make mustard at home. You can adjust its spiciness and sweetness, and also add herbs to make the flavor more interesting and piquant. Store the mustard in the refrigerator in a container or jar with a tightly sealed lid. Serve it cold. It's perfect with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Pour warm water (120 ml) into a bowl, add mustard seeds and apple cider vinegar, mix well and let the mixture sit for 2–3 days.

After the required time, transfer the seeds that have absorbed the liquid to a blender, add finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary, chili pepper flakes, salt, honey, and pour in the remaining water.

Beat everything until a homogeneous mass forms, adding more water if necessary.

Transfer the mustard to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
