
Homemade chocolate
Description
Making chocolate at home won't be difficult at all, and you can also delight your loved ones with handmade candies.

1. We will need the butter at room temperature, so make sure to take it out in advance. Place the butter and cocoa powder into a heatproof bowl suitable for heating on the stove. Beat with a mixer until smooth and uniform.

2. Pour water into a saucepan (the amount is specified in the ingredients), then place the bowl with butter and cocoa on top. Bring the water in the saucepan to a gentle boil, stirring the mixture constantly until it becomes warm. Then remove from the double boiler.

3. Gradually add milk, sugar, and salt (if using) to the hot mixture, stirring constantly. The sugar should dissolve.

4. Place the prepared chocolate mixture into molds. You can use ice cube trays. Put the chocolate into the freezer.

5. In a couple of hours, the homemade chocolate will be ready. Remove from the mold and serve. The finished chocolate can be dusted with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
