Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Don't forget to stir the sherbet three times during the freezing process. This will give you a much more uniform texture without large ice crystals. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

    In a blender, mix the milk, honey, and peach peeled and pitted until smooth.

    Without stopping whisking, pour in the fresh orange juice. Add lemon juice.

    Pour the mixture into a metal container and place it in the freezer. Leave it to freeze for about 4 hours. Stir the sherbet every half hour, three to four times.
