ratatouille at home
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A light, low-fat, and very tasty dish, somewhat resembling a vegetable stew. Many people love ratatouille for its perfect combination of flavors and vegetables. Despite its possibly unfamiliar name, it's quite easy to prepare. The ingredients are simple and usually easy to find in season. I suggest making homemade ratatouille and treating yourself to this wonderful, delicate dish. It makes an excellent side dish or a satisfying main course. I hope you'll enjoy it. Serve hot.
