Prepare the ingredients for making homemade mayonnaise.

Pour refined sunflower oil into a tall container, for example, a measuring cup. Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand.

Wash the egg with soap, rinse and dry. Then break it into a dish with oil, salt, citric acid, and sugar.
