Mayonnaise made from sour cream turns out very delicate in flavor with a slight piquant bitterness. There's no need to add lemon juice or vinegar to the sauce, as it may separate! However, various spices and seasonings will be perfect as never before. It goes ideally with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
