   Place tarragon sprigs and sugar into a pitcher. Gently crush the leaves with a wooden spoon or wooden pestle.

   Pour a glass of hot water to dissolve the sugar more quickly.

   Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice.

   Add cold water, stir well, and place in the refrigerator to let the lemonade steep.
