Homemade Bailey's Liqueur

Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. The prepared liqueur can also be used for making cakes and various desserts. Serve chilled.

1. Brew natural coffee. In a saucepan, bring a glass of water to a boil, add coffee, and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.

2. Remove from heat and strain. Whip the cream, coffee, and vanillin.

3. Add vodka or brandy, mix again. Pour the liqueur into a glass bottle and chill in the refrigerator.
